Emma is an editor, writer, and storyteller from Illinois, USA. After earning her master’s degree in foreign language teaching in Germany, she began traveling as a digital nomad. Currently located in Darmstadt, Germany, Emma is now the director of editing at Ellin Lolis Consulting and particularly enjoys working with clients from all around the globe. She has a passion for macrame, amateur classic car mechanics, and DEI. Living in a trilingual household, Emma makes intercultural communication a part of daily life.

Based in Indianapolis, USA, Stephen runs a career services company (Journeymen Resume Review), tutors English students around the world, as well as providing freelance project consulting and venture development expertise. He works with a wide variety of clients ranging from those in the Transportation, Finance, IT, and Healthcare sectors. Stephen has an MA in Diplomacy from Norwich University and earned his Bachelor’s from Purdue University. He is an avid runner, oenophilia, and enjoys traveling and living abroad.

Based in Ottawa, Canada, Thomas works as a consultant for non-profits organizations. Thomas develops business and fundraising plans for a wide range of charities. He has extensive senior management and board experience in the non-profit sector. Thomas has an MA from Harvard University and helps screen candidates from the Ottawa area for Harvard College. Thomas is an ardent bird watcher and enjoys playing ice hockey.

Jade Doherty
Jade honed her interview skills working for one of the world’s biggest insurance companies, and found that giving feedback to candidates was an unexpected strength of hers. Fast-forward to now, she’s based in Bali, and loves being able to go through your interviews with a fine tooth-comb, until you feel confident and ready, and know exactly what the interviewer wants and what is behind the question. In her free time, she enjoys yoga and meditation, and drinking far too much tea for one person.

Tracy Blanchard
Tracy is a writer, editor, and translator with a bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College and a year abroad at Oxford University. Having lived in Brazil since 2005, she speaks fluent Portuguese. As an editor and translator, she enjoys helping shape clients’ stories for their MBA applications, including translating these stories into English. Tracy is a poet, yogini, and world traveler, having visited 32 countries.
